My drobo has stopped working. I bought a new Seagate Nas 4 bay unit but the info is not transferable. how do I get my info off the drives?
hi, do you have any more info for when you say it stopped working?
eg, any more info you have will be useful, such as if the power is still working, or if there are certain lights on, or flashing etc, or if it cant be found anymore as a drive letter, and more info about your computer and it might help us to help you a bit better too.
Can you advise what model DROBO you have? Also, have you filed a case with support to review this? I would recommend opening a case with support to see if they can send you a loaner unit to copy the data off, or maybe resolve why your DROBO stopped working.
