When I go to access the data stored on my drobo it won’t load it as if I wasn’t connected to the internet and there is no communication. When I look at the Drobo Status it tells me that all is healthy and running, but then I switch to another tab and it says Drobo has found an internal error. I repair it restart it same thing.
hi are you able to capture that message about the internal error?
