I’ve been having a pretty consistent issue with my Drobo 5N and Drobo Dashboard. It’s even currently happening as I’m typing this. The Mapped drive will just crash or stop functioning, If i look at it inside of Drobo Dashboard it’s checked and reads connected, but the mapped drive has an X on it and I cannot browse to it at all. If I try to uncheck the mapped drive in dashboard it fails. I have to say Drobo Dashboard atleast in my experience has been terrible.
In the past I’ve resolved this by fully uninstalling and deleting all Drobo Dashboard related files and re-installing from scratch, well I’m kind of sick of that and would like to resolve this issue. Any ideas people? Drobo’s out of warranty I need your help!?
