I have a Drobo b800i that has been in service for years. iScsi has suddenly quit responding on it. It will show up in the Dashboard when connected via USB, but not when connected via either network port anymore. I can ping the network ports just fine. I have rebooted it numerous times and applied the latest firmware to it through USB. I have also entered the IP address of the Drobo into the dashboard discovery settings. I have another Drobo b800i and it is still working and showing up in the Dashboard.
This Drobo has a green power light, 1 blue light and all green lights on the HD’s.
Any ideas?
