Drobo app 2.5.4 and now no access to Drobo FS

It looks like I made a mistake when downloading and installing proposed version of Drobo app (2.5.4) into my Mac mini (OS version 10.9.4).

After installation and reboot, I cannot access my Drobo FS any more. Tried shutting down the FS, tried acessing it with automatic discovery and IP address.

Feeling very disappointed and totally helpless.

Any help?

Hi,
did you check your Firewall settings? Is DDService and Drobo Dashboard allowed to “talk” with the Network?
