Drobo 5n2 not working after firmware update

I have a brand new drobo 5N2 that I bought as a backup for more than two years. Just recently I wanted to use it. I connected three new 10TB seagate drives and connected to network. The dashboard found it and it gave a message that there is a new firmware update. I pressed ok to start to upgrade the firmware and after some time I found the drobo is off. Every time I start it , the lights goes one for like twenty seconds then the whole unit is down.
I removed the drives and tried a new power supply but it is the same.
Any ideas?

Have you opened a support ticket?

Yes but they keep saying migrate your data to new drobo. I don’t have any data. and the warranty is expired as I bought for backup and kept it.
