Drobo 5N slowly lost connection with three disks in the period of two weeks

I have a 5N with 4 3TB disks and one 6TB disk.

Over the past two weeks, I’ve had three separate bays start reporting as “empty”, one after the other, as if the disks weren’t seated properly.

What should I do?

I took the disks out, then put them back in one by one and it’s seeing them again, for now. But that’s not very encouraging behaviour… should I be replacing the drobo?

It’s lost one of the drives again.

Call support and have it replaced. This is not normal behavior (unless you are obscenely unlucky :wink: ).
