Hello everyone…there is something strange with drobo when I setup email responses on alerts…addressing pertaining to 192.168.x.x shows up…??? That seems a little strange considering its for private use. Security beware…
I also am locked out of creating shares even though I am logged in as admin. The directions are very humorous…just log in and create a share…haha what happens when the apps, tools and settings become unavailable?

SOLVED it myself::: somehow there is 2 accounts…administrator and admin…I had to reset the admin account…it works now…

SOLVED it myself::: somehow there is 2 accounts…administrator and admin…I had to reset the admin account…it works now…
Glad to see that you resolved this issue, please remember to know what the Admin account credentials are (user name and password). Only the Admin account has moderator access to the shares.
