i have problem , my drobo always reboot after power on . can help please
I had the same problem. Drobo support deemed the unit was faulty and said I should get a replacement RMA under the extended warranty (Drobo Care) I purchased.
11 days have passed since they said they would ship a replacement. They no longer answer my support requests and RMA hasn’t been shipped.
I’m not impressed. Really disappointed with the support from Drobo.
This will be my first and last Drobo product!
