drobo 5d is not recognized

The drobo 5d was removed while copying files to the drobo 5d from another hdd.

Then drobo 5d can’t recognize device and just continue to reboot.

I tried several time to reset drobo, but always same result(can’t work at all).

In contrast, it works with the new hdd.

Notice; I’m Mac user(Yosemite)

Is there any solution to recover my data?
