I installed a mSATA from another Drobo, after it reports the error on my hard drives (red light) I’ve tried to remove the mSATA again but no luck, my hard drives are still reporting errors.

You should probably pull the diag logs and file a case with the support portal. Let them review the errors on your hard drives and review the mSATA card.
Okay, I now got the diag logs, but where can i find a support email to sent it too?
