The computer is a macbook pro, running catalina. I have windows 10 installed in bootcamp, and it works really well for the most part. The drobo is connected via one of the USB C ports. Drobo Dashboard is showing the 5c as connected. Disk Manager shows the drobo as Disk 4, but all of the options except Delete are greyed out. How do I get the drobo to show up in File Explorer?
Turns out to be a file system mismatch. I formatted the thing from the apple side of things, so it’s in HFS+, which windows doesn’t see natively. I installed the HFS Explorer, which kind of works.
