Drobo 1200i not appearing in network

Ive got a second hand drobo that I’ve not been able to connect to my network. I did the password reset thing in the controller card and even did the pinhole resent there too. The network activity light lights up on the drobo and on the switch when connected but doesn’t appears on the dashboard nor I can see it on an ip scan. What am doing wrong? :frowning:

Any help would be really appreciated.

It took some fighting and trial and error to get mine to show up… Pinhole reset (hold pin and power switch until unit boots all the way up) did it with no drives, then added two drives did it again, then booted it up regular, took a bit but finally showed up in the drobo dashboard using management port.
