This Drobo DR-B8001-2A is used by 4 people in the office mostly to dump old archives. One user says she was copying about 1TB of data on it when she lost her share.
Drobo dashboard tells me that everything is healthy but when I try to access the drive, it tells me I have to first “format the drive to use it.” I looked at the volumes and it tells me that volume name is unknown (used to be “Archives” and the File System is “Unknown”, with Status as Ready.
I have four (4) 3TB drives in it. Dashboard version 3.4.2, Firmware 2.0.6. Anyone run into this before?
