Discovery broken after Drobo Dashboard update

After launching Drobo Dashboard this afternoon, I was prompted to download and install an update (v2.7.1). With the update installed, Drobo Dashboard can no longer discover my Drobo 5N, either automatically or manually. I can however still mount volumes on the Drobo and access them.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and is there a solution?

This is on a 15" Retina MacBook Pro running El Capitan (v10.11.3).

After updating Dashboard, is always good to check if OSX Firewall block any of the incoming connection of Drobo Dashboard. Such as DDService64d.

Also if you have Little Snitch installed, make sure to Allow DDService64D and Drobo Dashboard connection.
