My Drobo 5D has been out of service since mid-January.
On January 25 it was deemed by Drobo Support as defective and would be RMA replaced via the Drobo Care program.
9 days later it has yet to be shipped!
When I send followup support requests about this case I’m getting no response from Drobo support! Just ignored.
This has disrupted my workflow as I’m unable to access my large work drive since the Drobo drive is unserviceable.
Really disappointed with Drobo support experience.
Drobo Care is supposed to give Advanced Hardware Replacement, which is why I purchased Drobo Care. Seems it would have been much quicker to buy a new drive than wait for RMA to be shipped.
I’m thinking this will be my first and last Drobo product.
