Did my drobo die while I was away?

Hey guys. I just returned from a short trip overseas and have come home to find my drobo a mess. I connect via a firewire 800 to 400 cable on my ibook g4 and left it home for the trip. When I woke my ibook up my drobo started blinking red and blue, ALL of them! I let it sit like that for some time before I disconnected the power and tried again after an hour. The same thing happens. I don’t hear ANY activity going on in there, not even the fan when I plug it in. I’ve tried usb as well and nothing is working. I’m a little concerned because it is just about a month old and I’ve moved a lot of important and even irreplaceable data onto it because of it’s data protection and expansion capabilities.

I’m all out of ideas. I can’t find any other way to contact drobo more directly other than the request page on their site or these forums. Any ideas are appreciated.

PS I’m running OS X 10.5.8, 2 x 1TB Western Digital Green drives and 1 x 500gb Seagate barracuda

contact them and get support, it sounds like something failed in the drobo.
