Dashboards doesn't update 2nd gen to 1.4.2

I have a 2nd gen Drobo, and just did an update of the dashboard software. IT upgraded me to firmware v1.4.1, but I see on the website that v1.4.2 is the latest. Any idea why it’s not upgrading to the latest (and says I have the latest), and if I need to do a manual update?

Sometimes, it does that. You can manually update, or if you wait it might prompt you for the 1.4.2 update later.
