There used to be a rpm package for redhat located here:

It seems the site is down, does anyone have a copy of the rpm package they can offer? I can not seem to get the tar version to work.

Seems to be up now. But the project page of drobo-utilis is;

http://drobo-utils.sourceforge.net/

It is also in the Debian repository.
