Dashboard finds my Drobo FS but Tools and Settings are greyed out and I can not mount

Dashboard finds my Drobo FS but Tools and Settings are greyed out and I can not mount shares.
Share names show up and I can select but it will not mount.
I am logged in on the dashboard.

Are you sure you log in as the administrator?

Have you also tried to restart DroboFS a couple of times? Update firmware?

Sebastian Thank you for your reply,
I uninstalled Dashboard shut down drobo and my PC I also restarted my router.
This morning I reinstalled Dashboard and started drobo and when I logged in I could enter settings and mount drives.
Firmware was updated.
