CrashPlan Can't See Network Drive in Files

I’m trying to set up CrashPlan to backup my Drobo files (owncloud in particular) to their Central storage. I have found documentation on mapping a Windows 10 drive to the Drobo share. I mapped to the files as Drive Z, but when I try to setup the backup on the CrashPlan client, it only sees the local drives (C & D). It never lists Z as a file source.
Has anyone else had this problem and how can I fix it?
Thanks!

Have you tried this?

Yes, and I think that’s part of the problem. It looks like you do have to create the mount point at boot time, not just after the system is up (which is what I was doing). Second, you can only have ONE mount point. So, I can backup to CrashPlan Central my owncloud directories OR one of the defined shares, but not both.
If anyone knows a way around this I’d love to hear it.
