Connect Drobo to Draytek router

I have an oldish Drobo with a DroboShare, which seems to have died (the DroboShare, that is) - the device is no longer visible on the LAN.

However, I now have a Draytek Vigor router that has a USB connection for attached storage.

Question- is there a way to attach the Drobo directly to the router, so that I can make the disk available on the LAN again?

Or it it more complicated than that?

yes, just plug it in

drobo just appears like a regular disk drive

what you will loose however is that it wont appear in dashboard and you wont be able to monitor its true free space (other then through the lights on the front)
