Cisco AnyConnect and Drobo5n

I have a Cisco firewall that run Cisco Anyconnect. I would like to be able to connect to my Drobo through the VPN. I am able to ping the Drobo when connected via VPN but cannot mount the share. Does anyone have knowledge on how to do this? When I use the Drobo dashboard software it tries to connect for about 5-7 minutes but never really times out.

Since you can ping the Drobo via the VPN tunnel you have routing and encapsulation correctly configured. However, is your firewall blocking the TCP ports that are necessary for the Dashboard to detect the 5N? See here.
