Can't manually select 1.3.7 firmware update

Hi folks -

I have a 2nd generation Drobo running Drobo Dashboard 1.7.3 and firmware 1.3.6 that I’m trying to manually update to the 1.3.7 firmware. I downloaded the firmware from the site but can’t select it in Drobo Dashboard – when I hold option and hit “Check for updates” the file Drobo_Firmware_1-3-7.tdz is greyed out and can’t be selected.

Does anyone have any idea why this is, and how to workaround the problem?

Yes, you hold down the CONTROL key not the option key.
