Can't Access a Share on XP - Mac OK

Hi guys.

I setup my FS with XP.

I’ve created a share on my FS which I didn’t allow “Everyone” access to. Here is the error message Windows XP displays.

I get the same message whether I am logged into Dashboard or not. I’ve created multiple User Names in Dashboard but none will work.

I can get in with a Mac which doesn’t have Dashboard.

Am I doing something wrong?

Did you add the user to the share?

Yep. That’s how I could get in with the Mac. :wink:

I would suggest net use and deleting all “unavailable” drive letters. Reboot your computer and try mounting the share again.
