cannot install apps from webadmin

Hi can someone please help - im getting these errors when i click install drobo apps from the web interface admin.

are you using a static IP on your FS? When I was initially using a static IP on my FS, I had some very strange DNS issues which could result in an error like that.

I also facing same issue while installing apps on my drobo.
