I was having some issues with trying to do a password reset on my FS. However, after rebooting (upon the advice from support), ICMP appears to be the only thing working. It’s configured with a static IP.
It’s running 1.2.7 firmware and I’ve tried multiple dashboard versions on both my Macbook and my Windows desktop.
Right now I’ve powered it off, pulled the drives, plugged them into my desktop to see if I can get access to the data by using UFS Explorer: https://www.ufsexplorer.com/articles/how-to/recover-data-drobo.php
Any other suggestions are welcome. One thing I’m wondering about is putting in a small blank disk and doing a factory reset. My concern there would be when I go to put the old drives back into service.
