I am being shown that there is a firmware update available for my drobo, but it will not load when I try to do it automatically from the drobo dashboard. It also will not work when I follow the directions for manual uploads. I downloaded and unzipped release.Drobo5n2.4-2-2 (a TDF File) and ran the manual update and got the error message "The Drobo firmware update was unsuccessful. Please check the link below for more information on how to trouble shoot this issue, which just gives me the same information that did now work before.
