Please advice what I can do. I can see that the admin utility has been installed. The drobo apps has been activated, but I can not reach the admin page.

Yep I am seeing the same problem.
Win 7 PC and Drobo FS plugged into the same hub. I can ping drobo but cannot connect via HTTP
I’ve got this problem to on Mac, can ping it but no HTTP???
so i was being stupid, hadn’t installed apache first. working now.
