app install error on new 5n

Hello,

I am a new Drobo user. I do have enable drobo apps box checked off but I am getting an app failed to install error each time I try to install myDrobo or any app, for that matter. I checked then unchecked the rechecked the box, then restarted the dashboard but still get the install errors.

What am I missing?

hi lisa, can i check if the machine you were using dashboard on, had internet access at the time?
