I have a large media collection and I have problems with Fuppes and Apple TV2. I found this app in a forum but I don´t know how to install it in my Drobo FS and if this is going to work. Anyone?

Looking on their site, they don’t have a version for the Drobo FS, so you won’t be able to install it without some involve repackaging - assuming it would compile at all.
